Our Mission

To enhance the capacities and skills of underprivileged and marginalized individuals and communities, especially women and children so that they could become self-dependent and live a dignified life.

Work and Achievements

Creating education opportunities: The program is supported by Ferrari and Save The Children with an aim of providing education opportunities for children from financially and socially weaker backgrounds. It is active in three states of India, namely Delhi, Jharkhand and Odisha.

Apollo Health Care Express: The program is supported by Apollo Tyres Foundation with an aim to make affordable health care services to the underprivileged people associated with transport work at their doorsteps along-with a process of sensitization to promote their healthy behaviour. We plan to cover 10000 families reaching to more than 120000 persons with an objective to improve the health status of the transport sector workers, and their families.

Child Centered Community Development Programme (CCCD): CCCD is better understood as combination of programme, selection, design, method, relationship involvement & competencies that are sensitive & tailored to a particular context.

Promoting Self-help Groups: This initiative has been taken in partnership with NABARD to promote women self-help groups in rural areas of Faridabad. The objective of the programme is to develop economic and social empowerment of rural women so that they can actively take part the decision making.

Swabhiman: This skill development programme has been undertaken in partnership with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).The aim of the programme is to provide support to young girls and women to promote their skills and education.

Ericsson Digital Dynamic Learning Programme (EDLC): Digital Dynamic Learning Programme is initiated with the support of “Plan International” from February 2015. The objective of the programme is to improve the educational skills and increase access to opportunities for self-development for girls in the age of 15 to 25 years.
