Leprosy is an isolating disease still feared!
World’s 60% incidences are from India and Maharashtra has the 3 rd highest incidence of leprosy in India. People living with disabilities due to leprosy need regular & long-term care.
My Name is Mahesh Penshanwar. I work as an Executive in Automation (Power Sector). I am participating in ADHM to support ALERT-INDIA, as ALERT is actively engaged for Leprosy Education, Rehabilitation, Treatment & control efforts in rural (tribal) and urban areas of Maharashtra since 1978.
Leprosy is a tragic, deforming, disfiguring disease and individual, families and community has to face social exclusion, economic deprivation and live long consequences.
I appeal to join me for this important cause and raise funds for leprosy affected by contributing to ALERT-INDIA.
Your generous help can timely detect, treat and cure a child from developing deformities! Can help to reach out aged leprosy affected with deformities in remote tribal region for care and support.
I urge you to step forward and help us to raise the funds to make difference in the lives of leprosy affected.
No contribution is small or big!
