Our Mission

Self Defense and Vocational (Skill Development) Training for Community Children & Youth

Work and Achievements

The Trust was established in 1994 by Asian Marathon Champion Dr. Sunita Godara to promote health, fitness and carry out Public/community welfare activities aiming to cover a vast sphere of public benefit welfare activities. Health Fitness Trust is an all India non-profit NGO. To meet development initiatives at the urban slums.

All the donations and contribution are exempted under 80G income tax certification

Experience of Women Empowerment Programs - GRC (Gender Resource Centre- Samazik Suvidha Kendra was operated for three years (2007-2010). Presently operating the Skill development Centre without the support of Govt Grant with the help of technical collaboration with India Habitat Centre & Jan Shikshan Sansthan, HRD Ministry, GOI.

Stree Shakti Kendra (Vocational/ Skill Training Center) is operating with Govt partnership as PPP model. In this skill training centre Beauty culture & Healthcare & cutting Tailoring & Dress making is with JSS, HRD Ministry, Computer Training is with India Habitat Learning centre. Addakari, Bag making, Menhdi application, Glass painting & knitting short certificate courses are being taught regularly as per the community needs.

Kishori Shakti Yojna, ICDS Scheme in different skill training once in a year since 2008 at MCD Community Bhawan, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, New Delhi.

Health, Nutrition and Legal Awareness Camps are organized on a regular basis with Apollo Hospital, Lioness Club and Delhi Legal Services Authority.

Non Formal Education under the supervision of SAI Sanskar– This project is covering 100 beneficiaries from the slum under Remedial classes and Dropouts for tuition and open school admissions

Zumba Fitness & Royal Dance Academy - This  Fitness Zumba sessions for Females  and  The Royal Dance Academy - Contemporary Dance form  activity is to promote underprivileged and to give them exposure in the main stream.
